POWER PLANT

In thermal power plant , AFBC Boiler having 88 kg/cm2 press & 110 TPH capacity at exactly what height in furnce water wall panel water create a saturated steam , can u tell me any specific calculation.

Calculation? Eh?

It will appear in the water level gauge!

  • If it's too high, the boiler may prime and send droplets into the steam main.
  • If it's too low, the fusible plug is at risk, as is anyone standing near it.
