Gas-Tight Doors

I am trying to design an enclosure with a negative pressure of about 20 Pa. I assume that in such enclosure apart from providing a blower to throw air out, I must have gas tight or air tight doors. Is it possible to design a door without any leakage at all. On net search I find a leakage rate of 1.5 lt/m/hr is permissible for 10 Pa pressure difference. What kind of door can I select or design?

Working back from 1.5 lt/m/hr at 10 Pa, I make that a gap width just over 0.0001mm, so unless I've done something wrong, it's not an ordinary door.

But if that's the type of door you can install, at 20 Pa the flow is √2*1.5 ~ 2 lt/m/hr. Multiplying by length of door perimeter gives total flow, and you just need to ensure your fan can provide that flow.
