All the transformer losses and test can be refer back to the transformer manufacture. I am sure they do keep a copy for all the test done, before the transformer is delivery to you.

As SW said this can be only answered by the manufacturer but there are a few guidelines now (in case you want to procure)

These are under the MEPS requirements (Min Energy Performance Standards)

Cenelec HD 428/538 , NEMA TP1/TP2 and IEC 60076-8 etc are also applicable
