Dear Bibo,

it has been again and again spelt out in the forum as well as in the guidelines that your school work will not be one here for you.

However most of your post are on it and that is despite your signature

You are requesting a full study on the subject "bunker Fuel". A standard consultancy fee of between $10,000 and $50,000 (US) is likely required (depending on the scope of works).

If you wish to proceed please get your boss, lecturer or yourself contact me so we can work out an agreement and scope of works.

I note you are a student so please contact me via CR4 private messaging if interested as this thread is about to be blocked due to this being a "homework question"
