Turned Gas CO2 to valuable chemical compounds

Hi all, I now tend to do a design project which title is " design a pilot plant which use Hot gas Carbon Dioxide in concentrated form as a feed, in converting it into more valuable chemical". The theme is " Processes for Sustainability". The design must be explore to economic feasibility and technical feasibility.

Who can help in give some suggestion or opinion or idea?

Look at methods of growing algae that absorb the CO2 and from which a plant-derived feedstock may be harvested. "Grassoline"?

Now i plan to use CO2 and CH4 and raw material to produce Syngas which consider as new technology and able to generate high electricity for power plant as well as others use. Is there any comment about it? and where can i know more information about the user of syngas in the market demand? Please advice. Thanks.
