You will have a "sender" and an "indicator". Both senders and indicators can have internal sources that provide the loop power or they can have no internal source of loop power. Sending units that do have a loop source in them will need to be powered via a line connection to an AC source. Some indicators draw there operating power from the loop and some don't, the ones that don't will need to be powered by an external source.
You need to mix and match based on what equipment is specified. Then... follow the connection info supplied by the vendor.

If you are using ADC which can accept only voltage input, you can use resistors to convert current to voltage and send it to ur harware - for eg. use 250 ohm resistor for 0-5V range
