4-20mA digital meter Circuit

Depends upon the equipment you have.

You will have a "sender" and an "indicator". Both senders and indicators can have internal sources that provide the loop power or they can have no internal source of loop power. Sending units that do have a loop source in them will need to be powered via a line connection to an AC source. Some indicators draw there operating power from the loop and some don't, the ones that don't will need to be powered by an external source.

You need to mix and match based on what equipment is specified. Then... follow the connection info supplied by the vendor.

use a multimeter to read current!

If you are using ADC which can accept only voltage input, you can use resistors to convert current to voltage and send it to ur harware - for eg. use 250 ohm resistor for 0-5V range

Thank you for the comment, I need to put the measuring circuit on the same PCB of the assembly DVM idea wouldn't work withe the loop circuit.
