	Then a USA work Visa will be required. It only needs applying for. Which probably costs. The second problem is that there isn't exactly a shortage of Electrical Engineers in that country. The third problem is that, having obtained the Visa, one needs to find employment there. And with the global economy in crisis, jobs everywhere are rather difficult to find. 	Lots of engineers who want to end up in the US, start by migrating to Canada. I guess it is easier to get into Canada. Then once a Canadian migration to the USA becomes easier.
