I'm currently studing in Electrical Engineering here in South Africa and would love to have a dream working in the USA.

Your help will be appreciated.

Then a USA work Visa will be required. It only needs applying for. Which probably costs.

The second problem is that there isn't exactly a shortage of Electrical Engineers in that country.

The third problem is that, having obtained the Visa, one needs to find employment there. And with the global economy in crisis, jobs everywhere are rather difficult to find.

New Zealand, on the other hand.....

Google employment agencies in New Zealand, send a CV, and see what they say.

Lots of engineers who want to end up in the US, start by migrating to Canada. I guess it is easier to get into Canada. Then once a Canadian migration to the USA becomes easier.
