Try Woodwop or cut-rite Through Homag Germany.

We use Radan for nesting sheet metal components.

I fully recommend ProNest from MTC Software (see web link below)

I had to find a good nesting program for a CNC plate burning machine (Burny)

It had to autonest many different shapes and various thicknesses and produce a report. ProNest does all this plus much more.

It's not a cheap program, however the initial cost is rapidly recovered with the saved time and money the company now enjoys. Though you may not require the advance add on's and as such you can save some money.

MTC give online tutorials and the tech cover/after sales support is excellent.

An example, what took us to manually produce AutoCAD shapes place them onto a standard 8'x20' plate in an economical material saving manner took about 3 days now takes approx 3 minutes with a great report to archive.

I cannot say more with our fear everyone will think I'm getting a kick back from MTC.

Did you check out TurboNest and ProNest by MTC Software. They have a website with videos showing the optional features of their products. www.mtc-software.com

They have offices worldwide so training and support are not a problem.

Definitely worth some serious consideration!

Check out MTC ProNest or TurboNest. They area affordable compared to a lot of other nesting programs and the stuff just works. It is easy to use, easy to learn, and the customer support is fantastic.

SigmaNEST is best software. i am using more than 3 years. one for all 2D cutting and little costly.

Actually, if you check out quality by benchmarking algorithms, you will find that JETCAM clearly is the best in terms of material utilization. It is the only one mentioned that can nest better than any expert human.

There is a nesting application named NestProfessor, it is a true shape nesting software with best cost performance, they also provide SDK so you can develop functions yourself.
