Possibly. if only we knew what you mean by cro
Cathode Ray Oscilloscope?
Some member of the Corvid family?

Depends how much power at what voltage...in a battery DC circuit a 0.1ohm or 1ohm resistor in series with the supply is a handy way of measuring the current, just scope across it. I don't expect the same method would be applicable in high voltage AC circuits.

1. it is homework (of course else nobody uses CRO for measurement of power)

2. It is possible to do it (and there are quite a few methods I know at least 2 of them from my ages old college days).

3. Think about what is power and the equation of it.

4. Use your knowledge and common sense.

BTW: we do not solve homeworks/ assignments/ quizzes here (of course these do not include off class quizzes)
