Best to go direct to existing companies who manufacture (or are designing) these devices.

http://www.dutemp.com/plasma_arc/plasma_tech.html (includes plan and costing)

http://www.startech.net/ (development, not sure if they have any products)

Also see previous threads on the subject.

Or try a Google (or similar) search for other companies.

its very simple built a furnace which could handle atleast upto 10000-20000c and a plasma torch to the inside .the outer covering should be solid metal and there should be a way for exhaust gas.

Sir, The building of Plasma treatment plant is an expensive undertaking. If you refer to the possibility of fabricating a plant like it in Vietnam, and ship it to it's destination - I do not think it is feasible as much work has to be done on the site where the plant will be erected. If you refer to the possibility of building a plant in Vietnam, this is another matter. You mentioned you have the funds. If you are not aware of it, the costs are ±$20m per plant that process ±30,000 ton/year. If you are still interested, email and I will be happy to colaborate.
