Actually, you need to provide the process condition, but in general, if the valve size is less than 2", disphragm valve would be a good solution, others could consider lining valve. Of course, the Tantalum is also a good one, but expensive, if your process fluid contains solid parts.

Thogh dry chlorine is not corrossive. Even it does not corrode carbon steel!!. We are using bellow sealed valves of PHONIX Armaturen-Werke Bregel GmbH make or Descot make. These are used in dry chlorine or liquid chlorine. For wet Chlorine PP lined with Teflon back with EPDM rubber diapharm valve are used. Of coarse the service pressure and temperature is limitation.

A titanium oxide film would provide resistance to both chemicals

If you can use glass then aluminum borosilicate glass or at ultra purity needs quartz tubing is also good.

Metal you can use tungston coating on stainless steel

Hastelloy with Teflon or PVDF Seats will work well with either Chlorine, wet or dry, and H2S, wet or dry.

Look at NACE / ISO 15156 for Sour Service Materials in Oil & Gas or NACE MR 103 for sour service in refinery
