Falure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)

I want to know how the relationship between FMEA due to Air Conditioning System (water cooled chiller) operation and maintenance. Tq to all respond.

The relationship is simply that operation hours x MTBF = failure, and maintenance can ameliorate failures.

What is the most usefull and user friendly FMEA software for operation and maintenance Chiller system in the market.

Are you actually aware of what FMEA is? You don't need software to do an FMEA on a piece of equipment/process, just a table and a brainstorming session!

Or are you trying to jump straight to somebody else's TPM system?
