how can i know the capacitance of coloured tiny surface mounted capacitors?

Measure it, many digital multimeters have a capacitance range.

Measure each one.

Some old (0804) chip caps used to have a manufacturers mark, but I don't see that anymore. The more recent (0402) caps can be difficult to handle. I have a special pair of plastic tweezers with metalized tips that connects directly to my capacitance meter. Once stray capacitance is "zeroed out" , it is useful to +/- 2 pF.

If they are in circuit you may need to use some guarding techniques.

The markings on many SMD ceramic capacitors were found to increase leakage currents. This combined with the tiny size of these parts lead to the absence of markings. So one must either measure the capacitor with an instrument of analyze the circuit response with the capacitor in place.
