Price of Scrap Metal

ok sorry just got in what i have is 1/2 inch thick and twenty foot long plate steel that has been painted about 2 weeks ago i was told 160 per gross ton has the market improved since then? i

live in the us and will be selling it in knoxville tn wondering if scrap is projected to go up or down in august also i have 1\2 inch thick pipe that is 8 ft going around it and is 30 inches straight through it and would make great driveway pipe if anyone here needs any just let me know can be cut 40 ft or less and i have a straight 30 steel ladder that is in great shape and 3 big lights that is in a alum. box and is made to come on when it gets dark
