how to calculate the formula of Breaking Capacity.

Calculate? It's on the rating plate on the side of the equipment, usually.

Why do you need to calculate the Breaking Capacity for? It all calculated by the manufacture of the equipments. They may have some standard code or some instrument for the testing before the breaking capacity is printed on the equipment.
