ASTM 139 Grade B

I am looking for where ASTM 139 Grade B stacks up against other carbon Steel as far as welding this material (Pipe).

Does anyone have any information?

There are no concerns welding this pipe, because that is the nature of the spec:

This specification covers five grades of electric-fusion(arc)-welded straight-seam or helical steel pipe including pipe of NPS 4 and over.
