HV Neutral Conductor

pls tell to what depends on neutral conductor use on h.v transmission lines, just grounding conductor is used or any private neutral line and what effects this conductor to be sized and used and to what criterias?

HV Transmission lines usually do not use a neutral. The Line is a delta configuration and does not need a neutral. The line may have an overhead shield wire that is used for lightning protection.

but what about if we have a dobule star winding on each end of the line? so we need to have a neutral to carry...???

You still connect the primary in a delta configuration and the secondary as a grounded wye.
