DC POWER SUPPLY

IA HAVE APLAB DC POWER SUPPLY MODEL NO LQ6324 0-32V OUTPUT. THERE ARE SOME PROBLEM DURING MESURING VOLTAGE. THE DISPLAY SHOW ONLY 21-30V RESPECTIVELY BUT DOESNOT SHOW 0-20V. SO I WANT TO KNOW THE TROUBLESHOOTING OF THIS POWER SUPPLY

Does the power supply have a voltage range selector? Have you looked in the manual?

Do you have output on the 0-20V range? if not it could be faulty relay on the transformer tap, otherwise trace your voltmeter leads to where they pick up the voltage to be read and look for faulty switch contacts or dry joints. I would need circuit diagrams to be more specific.
