How do buyers actually see lab product marketplaces and what do they really want to see. I have been working on Scientific websites as a developer and seller of promotional packages for 20 years and I have never found the real answer. Do buyers of lab products search by companies they know first, or do they look through directories. Do they go to exhibitions or just rely on what they read? Any comments very welcome for my own mind and to make up part of research for a website.
