Acid Sludge

I have a re-refinery factory for used oil in iran and my great problem is acid sludge . we use h2so4 for refinery and we have a huge quantity of acid sludge .I want to know what can I do to chenge it to useful material

Can it be used to neutralise something that is alkaline and causing a problem somewhere else?

Blown Asphalt, Organic fertilizer, Cement/Bricks mixer additives....
