I'd like to rotate but no need precise indexing. Rotational speed is about 10~20 rpm.

We have used a pneumatic turn table from Festo (festo.com) in several applications and been very satisfied. I believe they come in 3 versions; 4 - 90 degree stops, 8 stops and 12.

The accuracy has been great for the price (under $3000.00) and after several years of running 2 shifts I believe they will still achieve 0.002" accuracy. Not certain if they will handle your weight requirements.

I'd checked with Festo supplier. The maximum allowable thrust load is too small. I tried to use thrust bearing. Here, one thing, how many weights can be reduced by bearings? actuator's max allowable torque is 74 Nm at 6 bar. my table is 550mm Dia. so can actuator turn the weight 250Kg using thrust bearing? kindly suggest me please.
