Anti-Cavitation Gate Valves for Water Works

08/10/2009 4:17 AM

Does anyone know of any valve makers for cavitationg service in water treatment plants, dam, etc? I have heard of MONOVAR, but if anyone can suggest alternatives of similar constructions, it would be most appreciated. Thanks.

What size valves? Butterfly valves, for example, are certainly available in 4in diameter with anticavitation fingers on the trailing edges of the butterflies at this size.
