standard procedure for impact test like 27J and 21J for EFW line pipes ASTM A 672 Grade C70 A 561 to be used in low temperature and atmospheric pressure. Whether all pipe manufactures will have this facility.
Else they can get it tested in any accredited labs (they survive on this)
