Pen Drives and Hard Disks

I'm interested in pc working only pen drive no hard disk in pc.

You can only do this if your motherboard and bios supports USB Boot. But loading will be extremely slow. Check the Bios to see if if you can make it for first boot. Do not attempt to load an inappropriate BIOS that your motherboard will not support. Damage will result to the motherboard at the very least.
