Your question is not clear. If you intend to know the transformation ratio of a transformer, or ratio between the primary and secondary winding formulated as Ep/Es=a. For example if primary is 13.8kv(13,800V), and secondary is 220V , then the transformation ratio, a = 13,000/220 = 69. Meaning for every 1 winding turn at secondary, there are 69 turns at primary or vise versa,.This is the design principle of step-up or step-down transformer used in upstream or downstream utilization of power from generating plants to transmission grid.
