Diode Datasheet

i have 2 terminal smd (diode) marked CCD PFM . I can not get its datasheet !

This LINK and LINK should get you started if you want anything outside any usual multimeter test.

Keep in mind that SMD codes are sometimes not labelled to a universal standard.

I think it is a 30V 600W Tansorb/Transil (Unidirectional) if I remember correctly.

Actually mine is a SMBJ series marked CCD MK which is a 30V 600W Transient Voltage Suppressor.

Search for "SMBJ5.0~171(CCD).PDF" from Taiwan. Yours may be 170V.
