is there a reliable thermoset out there that can handle 350C conditions for periods of 15-25 hrs?

You mean a thermoset plastic? Why does it need to be a thermoset?

Double,

If you expect any kind of answer, you need to do some work and give a lot more information!

1/17in deflection over what distance?

Where are the tie points?

Is there a thickness requirement?

Is there a weight requirement?

Is there a color requirement?

Is there a finish requirement?

If I work in a chemical plant doing hydrogenation reactions, low pressure to me would be 100psig. If I made differential pressure transmitters, low pressure would be 0.25 inH2O. So how low is "low pressure"?

Is there an reason it cannot be a metal or ceramic or glass?

Mike

Hello,

Try Vespel Polyimide material heat deflection temp is 360 degrees.

www.matweb.com type in Vespel. Try high glass loadings and see the results.

Good luck
