I don't understand

Before we automate the hotel shouldn't we first get manual operation perfected? Frankly my last few stays in hotels have been pretty dismal.

Although come to think of it, maybe eliminating the bothersome and unreliable human staff element would be a step in the right direction!

But no matter what we do, the horrible truth is we can never rid ourselves of the nasty guest factor. You'd be better off sleeping in the dumpster 'round back than in the ick left in the rooms.
