Please help me. I have a 100kVa gas genset at 200volts line to line and 110volts across line to neutral.I want to convert it into 400volts line to line and 220volts line to Neutral. What changes would be made in windings

Instead of complicating, use a transformer. That may come out cheaper than changing the windings, field and other C&I.

Yes,

Just go for an 200 V to 400 Volt, 100 kVA step up transformer.

This will be an easiest solution.

Depending what brand of generator you have, it might be possible to change the connection on the terminal block to give the desired voltages.

Some manufacturers bring out 12 leads to the terminal box of the generator. By changing the connection in the terminal box will change the output voltage.
