pressure leak

want to check leakages in plane diametrical shape plate, three pipes of dia 10mm welded @ 120 deg and on 100mm pcd, plate size is 160 mm dia and base chamber dia is 150 mm , Pressure applied is 0.5bar ,

base chamber surface area 150mm dia,\

chamber pressure 0.5 bar,

clamping cylinder area 80mm dia pressure 5 bar,

any idea

I suggest you obtain a book on leak testing. American Society for Nondestructive Testing has a good one. You must first have an idea what size leaks you are trying to detect. Conventional leak rates are measured in atm cc he/sec and cover about 12 decades. There isn't any one instrument that can cover the entire range of possible leak rates. If you ask a more specific question, we may be able to give you a better answer.
