Prill tower design

Assist me please! Is there any one well versed with Prill tower designing? Would you mind assisting with information on how it is done and design equations that are necessary or the source where the equations are?

I am required to design a prill tower for granulation of a 99 .8% Ammonium Nitrate aqueous solution mainly focusing on minimising fines formation.

That sounds more like "slightly damp ammonium nitrate".

Beware: NH4NO3 can spontaneously decompose with explosive results.

I'd find a different job, if I were you. You obviously have no clue what you are doing and yet you want "design" a potentially deadly apparatus???????????

Or, you want some strangers to design it for you, I should say.

Why dont you try googling the subject (Prilling Tower Design) for a start. I did and found a wealth of information.

prill tower designing integrates from multi models dealing with the spray system,solidfying time and physical-chemical properties of solution in order to sizing this tower.
