Having troubles with Daily Digest

08/26/2009 9:11 AM

Folks,

I was changed my email from August 18th and stopped to receive the Daily Digest. I explained that to the administrator and began to receipt it but in an unreadable way (without sender identification, as plain text, no figures, no links, etc).

The comments to the discussion I suscribed are received Ok in the same mailbox.

Anyone can give any idea what is happening?

Regards

Ernesto

PS: sorry if my english sound as a "red skin" but I not having a good day today

Hi ernesto1962,

We did recently transition to a new company to handle our mail service and are having a few growing pains (http://cr4.globalspec.com/comment/440260). What you're reporting, though, is different from a simple mail issue. I've got a call in to our technical people to see if this is something on our end although it is also possible that something has been changed on your end in regards to how your email client is receiving information. Is the Daily Digest the only mailer you are receiving that is having problems? Also, what email program are you using?

Chris,

The problem is only with the Daily Digest email, in fact I just received the "New comment to" advice without trouble.

I use Yahoo email.

Regards,

Ernesto
