Is this a homework question?

How many college classes have you had?

What do you know about density?

What do you know about volume?

ddk is right. What are you up to? Send us a picture of the tank and we will help, if it exists.

You said, "i have a steel tank". Is your tank real, or hypothetical?

Hum... calculate the weight of what? Tank itself? Full? (of what?).

Have you already tryied to calculate the material volume and then using the density to calculate the weight?

Sorry but your question is so simple that users here tend to be sarcastic. Give us more details so we can take it seriously.

To quote, bhrescobar, "calculate the material volume and then using the density to calculate the weight."

This is not homework, I realize. I looked at some of your other posts.

Moose's suggestion is good, too.

Good luck.
