The common standard KVA (capacity) of this voltage range is 50KVA,100,200,300,500,(630),750,(800),1000,1250,1500,2000,2500KVA. 3000KVA is about the upper limit due to the 400 or 415V, 3Ph,secondary windings which are very difficult to wind. Each LV sheet copper or aluminium winding has to deliver 4174Amp for 3Ph, 4-wire,415V system. The ACB to receive this current is too big and heavy to be rack out by one person and its price and breaking capacity becomes too high. Many manufacturers stop at 2000 or 2500KVA. This range is more accurately called "Distribution Transformer". Larger KVA are called Power Transformers and are usually transforming HV to HV.To complete the main specifications, you need to mention winding material, winding vector group, oil immersed(hermatically sealed or conservator tank, corrugated tank or radiator fins types) or cast resin (available upto 20MVA power tx),no load voltage ratio,impedence,cable/busbar termination boxes for top, side or downward termination.cooling, guaranteed load and no load losses.IP enclosure, indoor or out door installation, complying standards such as IEC76,726,BS171,etc.Any major supplier in your country will be able to advise you of the local requirement and practice.

Regards,

Khor
