Please can you help me in finding the parameters needed to set overcurrent relays for a transmission line with sources from both ends?

Can you please clarify? There are several types of transmission lines. And, "sources from both ends" is very confusing. Two sources and no load?

Please refer to a qualified electrician or a consultants for these protection relay setting. There is few parameters need to be tested and to set it, as according to your protection level, faults level and the tripping time.

In addition to other settings, one important thing you need is to enable and set up (dead bus/dead line, dead bus/live line, live bus/live line, live bus/dead line) the synch check functionality of the relay. This ensures the synchronization conditions are met before closing of the breaker. This is very important because the transmission line is fed from both ends.
