	RMU in electrical power distribution system means Ring Main Unit(s).The minimum Number of switches in a RMU is usually 3.That is 2 on the loop circuit side and 1 as a T-off (without fuses)supply to either circuit feeder or transformer(with fuses) etc.High voltage RMU 6.6kv upto 33kv(very few maker) can be exensible and non entensible types.It is the cheaper switchgears in a ring circuit as compared to circuit breaker. TFL ,I do not Know.May be its "transformer full load".I am quite sure it is not an electrical standard short form.I hate people using such short form that is only known in their local enviroment.The other possibilities tabulated by one contributor is very interesting/funny and it made my day.
