Absorption Refrigeration

Electrolux principle works on 3 fluid system. In Electrolux refrigerator there is no solution circulation pump which is common in absorption sytem.Total pressure is the same throughout the system. Usually the third fluid such as hydrogen remains mainly in the evaporator to reduce partial pressures of refrigerant to enable to evaporate at low pressure and hence low temperature. Ammonia water combination is used in Electrolux refrigerator.
