electric proportional control valves

could someone please tell me now operating temperature affects the operation of these valves and why

Depending on what you'talking about, you might be seeing material degradation and/or differential expansion. A little more detail perhaps?

Are you wanting information on electric operated hydraulic proportional control valves? Your question is so broad, that there is no good answer.
