Multiple Generators and Unequal Loads

we have a three generators ratings are 6.5MW,6.5MW . all are in synchronism. all generator outgoing are coming as a incomer in our substation.and incomers bus coupler is in on condition . and my question is my incomer saws a different load amp. HOW.why it is not share equal load.

Not sure, I understood your question correctly.

Not necessarily all identical generators run in parallel should equally share the load. The load sharing depends on the factors like (1) governor settings (2) manual intervention of the load sharing (3) any other load sharing mechanism.

Load sharing depends on droop settings. Voltage( AVR) & Speed( Governer). Voltage droop is adjusted to have eaqual KVAR load sharing and Speed droop is adjusted to KW load Sharing.

But this is done during installation and it is one time effort. We may have to check the settings first. In your case since all are of same capacity the droop seetings should be same.

If this problem cropped up recently, check the controllers and the AVR.

If this is there from the day of installation and commissioning controllers and AVR to be tuned properly.
