Two Winding Motor Power Supply Connection

Can anyone give some idea the Two Winding Motor Power supply connection, type of starter commercially available and the philosophy for starting?

Two winding motor are usually design in a single motor and it has two type of speed that is the High Speed and Low Speed operation. The Low Speed motor winding is about 31.5 Ohm and the High Speed motor winding is about 3.5 Ohms.

The motor are usually are low rated power up to 7.5KW. Starter for these motor are usually using DOL Starter.
