Standards for Tank Calibration

can somebody tell me the statutory / stds requirement for calibration of Fuel storage tanks.The tanks were last calbrated 20yrs ago and it has being in use till date.

The tanks are located in Nigeria (Niger Delta). I am Calibration Technician.

The tank is for the storage of AGO at Atmospheric pressure
