What are the considerations ideas and specifications for designing a 6'th generation drilling rig for high temperature, high pressure and deep water wells?

I know some of my responses have been long winded and that there is a lot of expertise here but somehow I get the feeling that the answer to this question is just a tad to complex for even the CR4 site.
