Lots of textbooks and treatises exist. If you have specific Q's I shall be pleased to reply>

What Steel composition? Steel Castings in 2006? Is it worth?

What size/mass /Drawing-please send,

How many of one type/a few-continuously,

Do you have a pattern of timber/metallic/stone,

Do you have a good well-appointed foundry with spectrometer?

What is your melter ,capacity/hr/batch,your charge composition?

Where are you located?

Do you want to replace casting with fabrication /do you want redesigns to enable gains all around?

Are you prepared to spend for knowhow?How much?
