generator parallel

in our company we have two generator.there ratings are 6.6 MW and 8 MW. and both are connected in synchronism. my question is my incomer 1 and incomer 2 saws values limited with 6.6 MW of incomer 1 and 8MW of incomer 2 ...whyyy
