how many kg of oil can produce from 1 kg of sunflower seeds?

which is a better yet economical mechanical process to deal with sunflower seeds?

oil pressing or extracting machine?

A quick 'guess' is an oil yield of about 10% by weight. As to which process--it depends. Maximum yield is achievable by solvent extraction. Pressing is the lowest cost installation, but not necessarily the lowest cost product. Production volume is a key variable.
