A CR4 site search or a simple google will bring more than you need to know, but I will point out that core balance current transformers look at residual current, zero-crossing current, to get you started.

You got few responses due to the fact that this has been covered before, and it gives the appearance of laziness or addressing homework in a lazy fashion.

Don't let my comment hold you back from asking questions, but it pays to search this site before asking since most subjects have been well covered before. If after searching you still have more specific questions, then those will receive a greater purposeful response.
