Torque is measured in newton metres, if you gm means gram metres then the torque you are looking for is about 1.47 Nm. It is important to use the correct units, not to do so leads to mistakes.

http://dc-motors.globalspec.com/SpecSearch/Suppliers?QID=8449310&Comp=17

This is the globalspec search for 12V DC, 4500 rpm, and, 1.5 Nm

You can easily change the requirements in the ADVANCED search option.

Your cheapest solution for one off may be a good "drill driver": though you won't get 4500 rpm and 1.5 Nm at the same time.

Looks like a small battery-electric drill. Bosch? JCB? Makita? Try the Screwfix catalogue on the 'net and order one over the phone with a credit card.
