There is no such things as "How will work the diesel generator set as per power factor?" The generator is just generated electricity an it has nothing to do with power factor.

Would it be" how the power factor works in the generator set?"

power factor in inversely proportional to the generator which genrator electricity

The DG Set is normally rated in kVA. But, your loads are rated in kW. With the power factor, you can calculate the maximum kW that can be connected to the DG Set. (kW = kVA x power factor).
