The seals recently are failing frequently and gives life less than 3 years.

The best people for this question are the Clark Seal people, and their competitors. They will have seen all manner of situations and can suggest the best choice.

As they say, the wheel has been invented ages ago, so have seals. It is a mature technology, rely on their expertise.

Hi

The life of three years is good enough. You did not mentioned the rpm. running hrs per day.

Please call the seal people , have detailed analysis and paste the report here .

As per API682,Indented seal life should be 3 years( Continious Operation).

Hence do not worry much.

Be Happy.

'Bearing Isolator' gives best result.

Many standard manufactures are there, web search could help.

Three years is not good enough for me.

Do as yesyen suggests and look at bearing isolators rather than lip seals. There are many good ones on the market, you need to choose according to your needs. Ones that I like these days are Magtecta and Labtecta by AESSEAL - fit into the same space as your standard lip seal.
