Hi lynlynch,

GA to you Sir.

A good answer in the very first post, well done.

It would make a change if all requests were so quickly dealt with?

Take care.

Hope it helps.

The material specification ASTM_A36 covers carbon steel shapes, plates, and bars of structural quality for use in riveted, bolted, or welded construction of bridges and buildings, and for general structural purposes.

So, we can use the plates of that material in atmospheric storage tanks, atmospheric pressure vessels, nonpressure parts of pressure vessels such as saddles, supports, ... etc. But in no way to use these plates in pressure parts of pressure vessels such shells, heads, .. etc.

Hello akp lmp,

Just a note about you having put your mobile phone number in your post.

That and your address could possibly lead the not so caring of this world to search you out and spam you.

If you feel the need to give this kind of personal info' then it is completely safe if sent by PM. You have to be a Member first, but you are so there is no problems there.

If you want you can post Admin and they will remove it and you can resend leaving your personal details out. Admins address below.

Just a kind note from (I like to think) a kind person. Always play safe!
